Elite Beverage Package has a daily limit of 15 beverages, which includes all beverages priced at US$15 or less and shore ex beverage service charges. The Elite Beverage Package includes wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, sodas, bottled water (sparkling or still, 400ml or less), and coffee. Guests must order one beverage at a time and be 21 years+ for alcoholic beverages. Sharing of any beverage or package is not permitted. Beverage management/HAL reserve the right to revoke the package if misused and refuse service for any reason, including service of alcoholic beverages to intoxicated guests. The package excludes purchases made in The Shops, from the mini-bar, through 24-hour room service, or on Half Moon Cay.
Specialty Dining is based on cruise duration and ship type. For 6- to 9-day cruises, guests will receive one night at Pinnacle Grill, Rudi’s Sel de Mer, Canaletto, or Tamarind. For ships without Tamarind, guests will receive one night at Pinnacle Grill or Canaletto. For 10- to 20-day cruises, guests will receive two nights: one night at Pinnacle Grill or Rudi’s Sel de Mer and one night at Canaletto or Tamarind. For ships without Tamarind, guests will receive two nights: one night at Pinnacle Grill and one night at Canaletto. For 21+ day cruises (excluding Grand Voyages), guests will receive three nights: one night at Pinnacle Grill, one night at Tamarind, and one night at Canaletto. For ships without Tamarind, guests will receive three nights: two nights at Pinnacle Grill and one night at Canaletto. Offer excludes Specialty Dining events in Pinnacle Grill or Tamarind such as Morimoto by Sea and Cellar Master Dinner. Reservations and dining times will be available to pre-reserve. Shore Excursion Credit is based on cruise duration and is per person, not per stateroom. For Alaska cruisetours and 6- to 9-day cruises, eligible guests will receive US$100 credit per person to apply toward their shore excursion purchase(s). For 10- to 20-day cruises, eligible guests will receive US$200 credit per person to apply toward their shore excursion purchase(s). For 21+ day cruises (excluding Grand Voyages), eligible guests will receive US$300 credit per person to apply toward their shore excursion purchase(s). Shore Excursion Credit must be used pre-cruise when applied toward an Alaska Cruisetour Land Excursion purchase. Shore Excursion Credit must be used on corresponding cruise and is non-refundable. Shore Excursion Credit can neither be redeemed for cash value or airport transfers nor applied to a non–shore excursion item.
Premium Wi-Fi: All onboard Internet usage is subject to Holland America Line’s standard policies, which may limit browsing of some sites due to network security and bandwidth usage. Applications that use high bandwidth may be blocked and offerings are subject to change with or without notice. The plan can be activated on any device, but only one device can be actively connected at a time. Upgrades are available once on board for a single day, the remaining duration of the voyage, or adding more devices.
Crew Appreciation: Receive free prepaid stateroom gratuities on board. Gratuities for other services, including bar, dining room, wine accounts, and spa/salon services, are not included.
Best Price Guarantee (the “Guarantee”) is available only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states, Washington DC, or Canada. If a guest books a select cruise departure (the “Original Booking”) and such guest finds an active, publicly available (as explained below), and lower Cruise Fare for the identical verified booking on the Holland America Line (“HAL”) website (HollandAmerica.com) within 72 hours of the booking creation date (the “Located Cruise Fare”), they can submit a Best Price Guarantee claim form and Holland America will gift the guest Onboard Credit at a value of 120% of the difference between what the guest actually paid for the Original Booking and the Located Cruise Fare. The Located Cruise Fare must be a publicly and currently available Cruise Fare, be available on HollandAmerica.com, contain details that are identical to those found in the Original Booking (including, but not limited to, the same ship as the Original Booking, the same sail dates, the same stateroom category, the same number of guests, the same bundle (Have It All or Have It All Early Booking Bonus), and be booked under the same conditions to be eligible. “Publicly available” means that the Cruise Fare must be available to all guests, without any additional eligibility or required qualifications, to qualify; “publicly available” does not include unpublished, negotiated Cruise Fares with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations, or other Cruise Fares that are specifically agreed upon by HAL for a specified and limited group. HAL will only consider/compare the Cruise Fare from the Original Booking against the Cruise Fare from the Located Cruise Fare; no credits or other incentives will be considered. Determination as to whether the Located Cruise Fare is identical to the Original Booking will be at HAL’s sole discretion. The Located Cruise Fare must be in the same currency in which the Original Cruise Fare was booked (USD or CAD) and be live/available for purchase by U.S./Canada residents. To submit a Best Price Guarantee claim, the guest must fill out a claim form with all required information, including screenshot proof of qualifying lower Located Cruise Fare. The form must be submitted within 72 hours of the Original Booking’s time/date of booking to be considered. If HAL can verify and process the Guarantee claim, it will apply the OBC to the guest’s booking number. Cruise fares on websites that require a password or paid membership to complete the booking, except HollandAmerica.com, are also ineligible. Guarantee claim will be denied if HAL is unable to independently verify the Located Cruise Fare and may be rejected if it is incomplete or submitted in a language not used on HollandAmerica.com. HAL may deny claims relating to a time during which there is an outage, technical issue, or circumstance beyond HAL’s reasonable control. If HAL verifies the guest’s Best Price Guarantee claim and awards OBC to the guest, HAL will apply the OBC to the guest’s onboard folio. OBC must be used on the Original Cruise, expires at the end of such cruise, and may not be used in the Casino. Limit: One (1) Guarantee submission per booking and one (1) OBC per person/booking/stateroom for the Original Booking; such OBC’s value cannot exceed $2,000. OBC will be awarded in USD. OBC is neither refundable nor transferable and has no cash value. Limit: One (1) OBC via the Best Price Guarantee per stateroom. OBC can be applied while on the cruise portion of Alaska Cruisetours only. All decisions and factors regarding this Guarantee and any claim will be determined by HAL at its sole discretion. HAL reserves discretion for applying this Guarantee and awarding a make-good, if any, to a guest. HAL is not responsible for any errors in connection with this Guarantee, including any typos or printing or technology errors. HAL reserves discretion for applying this Guarantee.
